Very Professional and Very Understanding
I just wanted to compliment the level of professionalism displayed by all of the Midwest employees at the New York La Guardia terminal. They were very professional and very understanding with travelers’ frustrations during a ground delay. They never lost their temper, even though they were under constant pressure by other travelers regarding the status of their flights.
I especially want to compliment Robert Rodriguez and Evelyn Noboa. I have never seen that level of courtesy by airport personnel in my many years of travel. All of your La Guardia staff proves that Midwest Airlines really cares about their customers. Congratulations on a job well done.

BLOWN AWAY
Wow, I was really blown away today. I am a frequent business traveler, but this was my first experience on Midwest Airlines. I was expecting another low-budget, no-frills, no-service airline, but I was so pleasantly surprised. You have the most comfortable seats by far! Not only did I get warm cookies, but the flight attendants were actually friendly. I love this airline! I will definitely fly you again.

My wife and I flew from Omaha to Milwaukee on Flight 1. Because of a family emergency, we needed to adjust our flight schedule. I was fortunate enough to speak with one of your Omaha agents, Adreinn McIntosa, who was exceptionally courteous, efficient, articulate and helpful. She went to the next level of customer service and met us at the counter the next day to ensure that our needs were being met. We have always appreciated the service we get with Midwest Airlines. Adrienn confirmed your slogan as “The best care in the air” – which should now be expanded to include the best care on the ground.
