This unique buy-onboard dining service offers a selection of made-from-scrach entrees prepared by the chefs of Milwaukee’s celebrated Mader’s Restaurant. Your flight attendant will announce which selections are avaliable on today’s flight. Please note that the number of meals avaliable on any particular flight is limited.
BREAKFAST
Ham and Cheese Omelet* $8
Ham and cheese omelet with home-fried potatoes. Served with strawberry yogurt and a fresh fruit cup.
Continental Breakfast $6
Blueberry-lemon muffin served with vanilla bean yogurt and a fresh fruit cup.
LUNCH
Teriyaki Beef Salad $11
Teriyaki beef with bean sprouts, carrot sticks, mandarin oranges and broccoli florets over a bed of Napa cabbage and mixed greens. Served with sweet and sour dressing and fried wontons. Fresh fruit cup.
BBQ Pork Panini and Chopped Salad* $11
Pulled BBQ pork panini with a side of homemade coleslaw. Paired with a chopped salad and fresh fruit cup.

The story of the Cookie
Acting on a suggestion from our executive chef, John Farrer, a Midwest employee on a DC-9 airplane tried baking different foods in the plane’s ovens in 1986. While popcorn and pizza rolls proved problematic, the last thing was a immediatehit. When the flighr crew emerged to ask, "What smells so good?,"we knew chocolate chip cookies, baked fresh onboard, would be popular with our customers, too. Since then, Midwest served millions of cookies to delighted passengers - one of the many reasons we’re known as "The best care in the air."
