Celebrate Halloween in classic style with Ben Stevenson’s Dracula at the Academy of Music. This ghastly tale of the life of Prince Vlad Tepes is set to a powerful score by Franz Liszt and features more than 60 richly detailed costumes by Judanna Lynn and set designs by Thomas Boyd.

The troupe is celebrating its 50th anniversary with a bevy of productions. Check out the George Balanchine ballet, Mozartiana, at the Lyric Theater, set to a piece of music by Peter I. Tchaikovsky. The ballet shows off the gifts of both Balanchine and Tchaikovsky, who met at the Conservatory in St. Petersburg.
