PHOENIX—STOMP
Be there when STOMP comes to Phoenix for a weekend run, March 30-April 1, at the Maricopa County Events Center. The seeds for the show were sown on the streets of Brighton, England during the early ‘80s, when the show’s creators, Luke Cresswell and Steve McNicholas, made their living as street performers. With the attention they garnered, they created a different kind of live show. Performers utilize whatever is lying around—pipes and brooms, lighters and garbage can lids to create pure rhythm. www.stomponline.com
